Church Center is a mobile app and web portal where our congregation can explore, engage, and get involved throughout the week.

Church Center serves as the hub for our many Groups, Church Calendar, Event Registration, Online Giving and more!
From Church Center, you can also connect with our Facebook groups, watch the livestream of the worship service, submit prayer requests, and receive church alerts.

Why Church Center?
We believe that Church Center offers the most effective way to communicate and interact within the church body. It offers us the flexibility of being able to maintain church records while giving you the ability to connect with others.

Does this replace the church website?

No. Church Center is a specialized tool to help you stay connected with Haverhill Christian Church.  It allows for easier communications within groups (like Women's Ministry or Youth Ministry) as well as a consistent experience for signing up for events and making financial contributions. The website will continue to be the source for public information about our church geared towards introducing the church to those who are looking for a community.

Is my information secure in Church Center?

Church Center, and the rest of the Planning Center system, using industry-standard encryption and security practices to ensure your information is safe and secure. Planning Center is SOC 2 Type 1 Certified and PCI Level One compliant. Additionally, you have control over what information is stored for you and your family, and only approved church staff are able to access that information in Planning Center. At any time, you can remove your information, or request that we remove that information, from the Planning Center system. What information of mine is shared in the Directory?

Your information can only be seen in the Directory if you have allowed it to be seen. By default, Name, Address, Phone and Email are shared. Any information on children is not shared by default.  You have the power to ultimately control what you want to be seen, though we recommend you allow the default information because the only people able to access the Directory are your church family.  To learn more about managing your profile, check out this article.

I don't have access to the Directory on Church Center.  Why?

Access to the Directory is limited to our church members and regular attenders.  If you believe this applies to you and you would like to have access, please reach out to one of the church staff members for more information!
